Manufacturing and Study the performance of Selective Surfaces that used in flat plate Solar Collectors

In this research an experimental study has done for testing the thermal performance of selective surfaces used in solar collectors substrate iron, galvanized iron and aluminum which are commercially available. The coating process samples two ways, electroplating chemical spray pyrolysis. results test these comparing with a sample without paint other black shines For electroplated samples, different immersion time plating bath, distance between electrical poles, current density, area ratio plated to nickel pole face area. sprayed pyrolysis times, atomizing gas pressures, aperture atomizer mass flow rate. showed that best iron's is coated layers. first layer zinc by where (2 min.) second electroplating, (20 min.), poles (6 cm), density (0.15 A/dm2 ) equal (1). percentage increasing heat storage at beginning end were (58.23%& 44.97%) respectively. was regarded sample. A/dm2) While been (16 sec.) reservoir surface (27 amount (4.8 ml / pressure (1 bar) temperature (290 0C).
